We’re proud to be mentoring the incredible chapter leader of DHM Minnesota as she builds a strong foundation in her community! Through regular check-ins, shared resources, and hands-on guidance, we’re working together to grow DHM’s impact beyond Texas—one chapter, one smile at a time.
We’ve had the honor of mentoring the new chapter leader of DHM Minnesota, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Guiding her through the steps of launching her initiative, sharing advice, and offering support has allowed us to reflect on our own journey while helping her build a strong foundation for her chapter. From brainstorming outreach strategies to walking her through program planning, we’ve been proud to watch her grow as a leader and confidently take charge of her mission to improve dental health in her community.
Together, we’ve already begun planning impactful events, including upcoming dental hygiene drives that will help provide essential supplies and raise awareness about oral health. Her passion and commitment to the cause have been truly inspiring, and we’re excited to see how her chapter continues to develop and expand its reach. Mentoring her has shown us the power of collaboration and how supporting new leaders can multiply the impact of our mission across different communities.
